A fun little drink that's always a hit with the wee ones.
3 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Milk (it says whole milk, but I don't think it makes a dang difference)
1/4 tsp. mint extract
10 drops of green good coloring.
Put in a blender and mix
If that doesn't get you doing the Irish jig, I don't know what will.
