1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, chopped

Cook on low in crockpot for 8 hours. Serve with homemade rolls and corn on the cob with chips.

Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can whole tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 lb hamburger
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 bay leaf

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Drain grease. Add all ingredients into crockpot and stir. Cook on low for about 5 hours, stirring occasionally. This recipe is also very good if you substitute chopped chicken for the hamburger.

Simply easy casserole

1 lb hamburger
5 med. potatoes
3 med. carrots
1 large onion
2 can cream of mushroom

Spray crock pot with cooking spray....or use the wonderful crock pot liners. (I highly recommend them). Crumble uncooked hamburger on the bottom of crock pot. Thinly slice the potatoes and carrots. I use my salad shooter. It is perfect. Chop onions.
Layer potatoes, onions and carrots. Repeat until full. Spread soup over top. Salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve with warm rolls or French bread

Taco Soup

2 large chicken breasts
1 onion chopped
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of navy beans
1 can of corn
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 packet of ranch dressing
Sour Cream
Fritos
Green onions
Sharp Cheddar Cheese

I like to call this the "Dump Dinner". You are just dumping everything in the crock pot in the morning and forget about it until the evening. Place two large frozen chicken breast on the bottom of the crock pot. Then dump everything else on top of them(except for sour cream, fritos, green onions and cheese). Cook on low for 7 hours.
Before serving pull chicken breast apart so they are shredded.
Top with sour cream, green onions, shredded cheese and crushed fritos.......ENJOY!!!!!!!!
